I have followed a career in sales from leaving College. This experience is primarily in the Property sector however I have developed a highly transferable skill set that will succeed in any sales environment. I rose through the ranks of New Homes sales and learnt to understand the demands and pressures of each role and can relate to my team in those positions. I have a proven record for continually exceeding sales targets (see details below) at divisions that are in turmoil but also those that were performing at an acceptable standard. I am a strong motivator and my results have been made possible by getting my teams ‘on side’ and challenging industry sales standards. The key to my success has been to build strong cohesive teams that are able to work together and through strong sales techniques are also able to out perform the competition. Despite my many years of experience in New Homes I am keen to explore opportunities both inside and outside of my sector.
