Valorant (stylized as VALORANT) is a free-to-play multiplayer first-person shooter game developed and published by Riot Games. The game was first announced with the codename Project A on October 15, 2019. Until the official reveal of the Valorant name on March 2, 2020.
The game is set to be released for Microsoft Windows in Summer 2020, with Closed beta released on April 7, 2020. Game officially released on June 2, 2020. Valorant’s stories begin on January 24, 2053, when the Earth was faced with an event called “First Light” and this event spread across the globe, causing powerful influences on thinking, character, technology and even the way government operates.
It can be said that the events of Valorant occurred in the post-apocalyptic period in the year 2053. After the New Light disaster occurred, humans did not perish, but even some people suddenly received a source of strength from this event. Those who possess that power are called Randiants (or those who possess the power of Ranianite).
